I have an eagle badge like the one pictured that belonged to my grandfather. I am interested in knowing its value with the idea of possibly selling it.
Hello, Judy: I regret the delay in answering your message. Railway Mail Service “eagle” badges sell for between $50 and $100 depending upon condition. The lower the serial number, the better the sales price.
Postal Transportation Service “eagle” badges sell for between $25 and $50, unless there is some exceptional characteristic about the badge.
I think you are the gentleman who answered my question concerning my dad’s Railway Mail Service badge. You offered $75. I also found 2 stampers- one has-A A Chiccitt Supt

I have a Railway Mail Service badge from my fathe r who was a supervisor in Pittsburgh & rode the railroad between Pittsburg & Cincinnati in the 60’s & early 70’s. His badge number is 864. Could you tell me the value of it & where can I sell it.
